This is all anchored from a high performance background as an elite professional athlete and international sports coach in rugby league.
Our coaches’ backgrounds are either certified qualifications like ‘’the Institute of leadership & mentoring L5 (ILM) in coaching and mentoring or undergraduate/ Masters degrees with vast experience in Industry.
A detailed talent development program, so the client will have a living and breathing document and the baseline for any development, learning needs and further individual coaching work.
